  • Can I buy a ticket on the day?  We are advising anyone who is planning to attend Mostly Jazz Funk & Soul to purchase their tickets well in advance. Ticket sales for 2016 are at a record level so we cannot guarantee there being any tickets on the door. If the event isn’t sold out at the time of doors opening there will be a small allocation available.
  • I have an E-ticket. What do I need to do? If you purchased a ticket online from our ticket shop you will have been sent an E-ticket by email. All you need to do is print it out or bring it on your phone (please ensure the barcode is visible) and bring your confirmation email including the order number, and valid ID or proof of address.
  • Help! My tickets haven’t arrived! If you ordered online from our ticket shop, you should have been sent an E-ticket (see above). If you have not received it please check your Spam folder in the first instance. You can download your tickets at any time by logging in to My Account and viewing your order where you will find a button to download your tickets. If you are still having trouble then email info@mostlyjazz.co.uk with ‘Ticket not arrived’ in the subject heading. Please be aware that we will be unable to receive/respond to emails after midday on Friday 7th July. For any queries raised after this point it may not be possible to resolve them at such a late stage, but please bring all correspondance and confirmation emails and we’ll try our best to resolve any issues at the ticket desk.
  •   Where is my after party ticket? All after party tickets are E-tickets. Please print your confirmation email and bring it with you to the festival. Once inside the festival please go to the Festival Shop to collect your after party wristbands. Alternatively if you are not attending the Festival you can simply bring your E-ticket to the Venue.
  • I don’t have a car- what are my travel options? Travelling to the festival from Birmingham city centre is easy. It takes roughly 15 minutes. http://mostlyjazz.co.uk/visitor-info/travel/
  • Is there a car park at the festival? Due to the location of the Festival (in a private park in a leafy suburb of Birmingham) there is no on-site parking. We recommend using public transport or taxis. There is a small pay & display car park in Moseley village, opposite The Dark Horse.
