Covid Safety + Ticket Policy

By all accounts life will be heading back to normal after Easter 2021 so by July we’re confident that we’ll be able to hold Mostly Jazz Funk & Soul Festival in Moseley Park.

Of course we can’t be 100% sure of that so we wanted to reassure everyone that in the unlikely scenario that by July 2021 it would not be possible to hold a small Festival like ours then all ticket holders would have the option to exchange their tickets for a 2022 Festival or to request a refund.

The wider events industry agrees that even if enough people haven’t been vaccinated to reduce infection rates by the Summer then rapid testing prior to an outdoor event will allow for a Covid-Safe event bubble.

Your safety and that of our staff and artists is always our top priority and as part of our Covid risk assessment there will be a number of changes made in 2021.

Socially distanced queueing (if still necessary) at the Box Office and Bars.

PPE for all Box Office and Bar staff (if still necessary).

Increased regular cleaning at every touch point and surface.

No Re-Entry to reduce footfall at the Box Office and to maintain our Covid – Safe event bubble.

Mostly Jazz Funk & Soul will still be as much fun as ever with one of our best ever lineups – Neneh Cherry, The Fatback Band, The Wailers, Nightmares on Wax, Martha Reeves & The Vandellas, Maribou State (DJ SET), Craig Charles, Norman Jay, The Allergies plus many more.

We can’t wait to catch up with you all next July and put the nightmare of 2020 behind us!
