3 Feet High & Rising – E Double D

E Double D is live at Mostly Jazz Funk & Soul Festival 2019 in Moseley Park, Birmingham celebrating the music of De La Soul on Friday 12th July!

Channel 4 UK Flava Mix DJ Championships winner E Double D, has enjoyed a successful career spanning more than 15 years. He continues to be in demand as both Club and radio DJ, playing a wide range of genres including Hip Hop, R’n’b, Neo-Soul & Broken Beat.

He has supported some of the biggest names in the black music industry such as Ludacris, De La Soul, Slum Village, Redman, Method Man and Kelis to name a few. He has made several appearances as tour DJ all over Europe, South Africa and most recently he has completed a successful, month-long DJ tour across Australia. E Double D has become MC/HYPE MAN for the Kray Twinz, touring internationally with them on an ongoing basis.

As well as being an excellent DJ, E Double D is equally in demand as a host, keeping the crowds warmed up and lively. Recent tours have included Sean Paul, Kelis, DMX and Twista. He also compered for the launch of the handheld games console, the Gizmondo, working with the likes of Tom Green, Danni Minogue, Lennox Lewis, Pharrell and Busta Rhymes.

He’ll be in Off Piste spinning some tracks celebrating the music of De La Soul, who headlined Mostly Jazz Funk & Soul in 2016 and who are celebrating the 30th Anniversary of their debut album ‘3 Feet & Rising’ this year!
