What are my travel options?

Travelling to the festival from Birmingham city centre is easy. Catch the number 50 Bus opposite Moor Street Station (outside Selfridges) and get off in Moseley Village at the Co Op, opposite the park. It takes roughly 15 minutes. Due to the location of the Festival, there is no on-site parking. We recommend using public transport or taxis. Please see all travel info here.

When is my favourite band playing?

A rough guide to which bands are playing on what day is available on our line-up page. Timings will be provided in the festival programme and clearly displayed throughout the festival. The first band usually starts at approx 13:00 on Friday and at 11:00 on Saturday & Sunday, with each night finishing at 22:30. Due to licensing restrictions you are not permitted to bring your own alcohol on site, please do not be offended if we ask to search your bags. Any alcohol found will be disposed of. You are able to bring soft drinks but these must be in cans. Absolutely no single-use plastic is allowed to be brought into the festival. There are water points on site so you can bring a refillable bottle.

Dogs are also not permitted on site unless they are a guide dog.

Can I come and go from the festival?

Despite everything we’ve attempted to do, unfortunately, we will only be allowing people out under special circumstance’s. This is due to our new ticketing entry process. Allowing people to leave and re-enter, using this system, makes it too complicated for the team to manage. This, in the past, has caused a lot of issues we want to avoid – including making sure we limit congestion through our narrow entrance. It’s unfortunate and sadly has to be done but we do, however, allow food and soft drinks to be brought in, so pop into Moseley’s wonderful restaurants, cafes and shops prior to entering. (Check above what you can and can’t bring.) We have our wonderful award winning caterers (Bonehead, OPM, Chakana to name a few) to choice from and all alcohol purchased at the venue is in line with local offering. We’ll also, be announcing line up prior to the event for the first time this year, so you can plan your weekend in advance. Simply sign up and we’ll share beforehand here.

What are the rules regarding children at the festival?

All under 18’s must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 21+ (maximum 2 children per adult). Those aged 18-20 do not need supervision, but cannot supervise those aged under 18 themselves. We also run a Challenge 25 policy on all of our bars.
U16 tickets are valid for children between the ages of 12 and 15. Children under 12 years old may enter for free when accompanied by a paying adult (aged 21+).
All children must have some form of ID with them. Our staff reserve the right to question the age of anyone entering the festival. Valid of forms ID include passport, drivers licence, Validate UK cards or any other photo ID.

I have bought a ticket for the wrong day/wrong festival, or have lost my ticket. What can I do?

Please note we are unable to refund/downgrade/exchange tickets under any circumstances. If you purchase a physical ticket (not an e-ticket) from our office or local record shops/post office and have lost it, unfortunately we cannot replace this ticket under any circumstances – please look after it!

I want to stay all weekend!

If you have purchased a Day Ticket or 2-Day Ticket for the festival, the only way to attend the whole weekend is to purchase the relevant tickets for the extra days you wish to attend. As long as the festival has not sold out, day tickets will be available on the door. Cash only please.
