12th – 14th July 2024. Moseley Park, Birmingham.

We’re committed to ensuring our impact on Moseley Village is as small as possible and always striving to improve this.

Over the years we’ve introduced many initiatives, including investing in assets that will reduce our impact. Firstly, we aim to reduce single-use plastic at the festival, our policy was introduced allowing punters to bring in food and soft drinks with the encouragement of using reusable water bottles, Tupperware and, where possible, all general waste bins to be with a recycling bin so guests can recycle. We also offer free water pumping stations, so guests can refill whenever they need to. If you forget your bottle, we also offer cardboard or canned water – with refillable recycled glasses for all other drinks.

This year we teamed up with National Express Busses to offer discounts to guests, encouraging them to use public transport, rather than driving to the area. We also teamed up with Red Cycle, where guests can safely store their cycles free for the day, whilst enjoying the festival. We are highly committed to reducing cars coming into Moseley and hopefully in 2024, with the train station opening just a short walk away, we will have even more sustainable routes to the festival.

Did you know, we also only use local suppliers? So every piece of hired equipment you see at the festival has been provided by local teams. Not only is this easier for us, it’s much better for the local economy and the environment. Our aim, even whilst we grow nationally, is to always remain local and give back to our community which has supported us all these years.

In 2023, we have also tested our first switch from Bio Diseal fuel to mains electricity. We have worked alongside Moseley Park in building infrastructure meaning we can reduce our CO2 emissions. We’re one of the only festivals in the UK that will be solely powered by mains electricity.

There is still a lot we can do from a sustainability perspective and we’ll keep introducing and developing what we can to ensure we are as close to carbon neutral as possible.
