All online tickets purchased are E-Tickets and will be sent to you via email. This means you won’t receive a paper ticket through the post. You will receive 2 emails almost immediately following your purchase. The first one confirming your purchase, the second will be your E-ticket. If you do not receive this please check your spam folder in the first instance.
If you cannot find your email, you can sign into your account on our website using the email address and password you used during checkout and download your tickets from there. If you still have no luck then email info@mostlyjazz.co.uk and our team can help you
You’ll need to bring your E-Ticket either as a print out or on your phone to the festival to collect your festival wristband.
UNDER 18’S POLICY
Under 16s tickets are only valid for children aged 12-15. All children aged 11 and under can attend for free. Anyone aged 17 or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over.
Family Tickets are valid for 2 adults aged 21 or over and 2 children aged 15 or under.
