We’re gutted you’ve contacted covid and can’t make the festival. As long as we have proof via a photo of your positive test and your NHS positive text we will be able to defer your ticket for 2024. We will not be offering refunds.

Send details to info@mostlyjazz.co.uk. Please bear in mind our team will be focusing on the festival during the weekend, we will aim to respond as quickly as possible, whether that be during or after the festival.

If Mostly Jazz Funk & Soul 2023 is postponed due to Covid all tickets will be deferred to 2024. We’ll also offer a refund to those who can’t make 2024.
